This interdisciplinary degree brings together anthropological theories and ethnographic studies with communication theories and media practice. This combination provides you with an in-depth understanding of cultural diversity and a critical knowledge of communication processes. It's taught in the departments of Anthropology and Media and Communications.

Our graduates go on to employment in a variety of areas, including journalism; documentary and feature filmmaking; applied or advocacy work for NGOs and development agencies; teaching and research in higher education; marketing and public relations; arts and administrations; and many more careers both within the public and private sectors.
