This is a unique opportunity to learn about business and the applications of mathematics to business while simultaneously earning 2 degrees from 2 universities in 5 years. With this program, you’ll earn a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Laurier and a Bachelor of Math (BMath) from the University of Waterloo (UW). Your courses will cover areas such as pure mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, accounting, brand communication and financial planning. This double-degree program is for students who want an accelerated, challenging program and a competitive advantage in the workforce. In your senior years, you can choose to specialize in the mathematics or the business side of the program – or both. You’ll also participate in our co-op program, where you’ll gain 12-16 months of practical work experience. Note: If you apply and do not meet the requirements for our double-degree program, you’ll automatically be considered for an alternate offer to our Business Administration program.

You’ll have opportunities to pursue careers in commercial and investment banking, research analysis, marketing, and software development at brokerage firms, insurance companies, aerospace industries and research institutions.
