Aim: The aim of this course is to provide students with the skills and knowledge to be able to perform advanced hair colouring and lightening services including colour selection, permanent hair colouring, highlighting hair using a weaving technique, colour correction, and hair maintenance and care. Students will also develop capability in innovative hair colouring practice to create a variety of fashion looks. This course includes NZQA unit standards 2888, 12313 and 19792 and City & Guilds 3002 306.
