Course Description

This programme aims to develop graduates with applied skills and knowledge in professional cookery methods and culinary techniques enabling them to produce complex cuisine for a range of culinary applications. Students will gain practical experience and develop capability in food and kitchen safety, workplace health, safety and security, team communication and co‐ordination, numeracy and literacy within the professional cookery context, and the planning, preparation, production and presentation of cuisine.
