Law is an incredibly varied and multi-faceted subject which affects every part of human life, from the air we breathe, our relationships both with each other, the state and internationally, whether it be about our education, our employment, travel, property, human rights or health. Law students are highly valued by employers due to the broad skillset gained from studying the subject. Whilst many students pursue a legal career as Solicitor, Barrister, Legal Advisor, Legal Executive or Paralegal there is also scope to enter a wide range of careers in HR, finance, teaching, advice and charity work and in the Public Sector. Past graduates have secured roles in a range of settings including law firms, chambers, city councils, banks, estate agents, Citizens Advice, higher education, accountancy and the Crown Prosecution Service.
