Our LLM International Business Law is a specialist course covering the key modern debates and questions in national and transnational business law. You will improve your knowledge of the most important theoretical and practical questions in this field; as well as your ability to analyse, evaluate and solve problems and develop your oral and written communication skills. The course takes a broad view of business activity and the ways in which it is regulated. It covers, for example, the national and international trade in goods, general services, financial services, broadcasting and telecommunications, litigation and dispute resolution; focusing on the national, international and European private, public and soft law means of regulating these business activities.
