Our graduates are equipped to work at a professional level in electronics and telecommunications, often in design engineering but also in other professional areas such as production management. Our graduates are also highly sought after outside the field of electronics because of their high-level mathematical skills. Recent graduates of our BEng Electronic Engineering are now employed as an embedded software engineering with the McClaren Formula One team, as an embedded systems engineer at B&W Group and as an inside sales engineering and team leader at National Instruments. Other graduates of our School have progressed to senior positions, both in industry and academia. Companies and organisations where our former students are now employed include: BT, IBM, National Instruments, Delta Tau, RBC Capital Markets, Itron, Visa, Force India F1, Google, AWS, Jobserve and Danwood.
