Course Description

This course provides an introduction to the theory of financial markets with an emphasis on corporate governance and financial regulation. It is underpinned with theory and practical analysis relevant to a range of international finance careers. This course carries exemptions from: the Securities and Investment Institute (SII); the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII); the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA); and the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA).
