This course is primarily designed for HND graduates who want to top up their current qualifications to honours degree level. It is run in Sri Lanka, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. During the course you use your existing construction experience to prepare for a career in the built environment. You then go on to use what you have learnt to complete a research project in the form of a dissertation. This course develops your ability to project manage and contribute to engineering design within the construction industry. It equips you to work in construction organisations of all sizes, nationally and internationally, in roles such as • site engineer • site manager • construction project manager. You graduate ready to begin a career adding value to construction projects. You gain the knowledge and skills to deal with single construction engineering projects through to the management of large-scale international projects. The course provides a route to membership of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
