This degree programme prepares you for a career in the banking and financial services industry. This includes retail or branch banking, marketing, corporate and wholesale banking and other parts of the financial sector, such as capital markets and treasury management. Through this programme, you will develop a broad understanding of managerial, financial, legal, and economic concepts that will enable you to gain an awareness of the current practices and problems pertinent in modern-day banking and financial sectors. All subject material taught is related to real-world management issues. Students will benefit from a rich diversity of teaching, from both Loughborough University faculty members and local lecturers. Classroom interactions vary from lectures and seminars, to discussion groups and supervised computer-lab sessions.
