This programme aims to provide students with the advanced business knowledge, skills and competence required for business operations, including organisational development, strategic planning, operations management, marketing and human resource management. This course is intended for people who have a fundamental understanding of business concepts and would like to advance their knowledge and skills in this area.

On completion of this programme students will have skills, knowledge and competence required to undertake a range of business activities and carry out a mix of self-directed work and supervision of processes and people. Students will be able to analyse, research, strategise, prepare global and international plans, carry out risk analysis, innovation and constant improvement. They will be prepared to work in mid-level management positions in organisations or pursue further studies in this area.
