Course Description

Our innovation pathway allows you to shape your studies towards your career ambitions, and build the skills and confidence to support a wide range of companies to innovate their products and services for the 21st century. Tailored towards ambitious students who are keen to apply theory to practice in a business environment, you will learn how organisations operate from developing strategy to management styles. Supported by academics who bring professional expertise to their teaching practices, you will study the key functions that underpin business success and build specialist knowledge of innovation (focused on developing systems, products and services). You will graduate with the skills and confidence to support companies to engage in technological changes to improve business performance, and be prepared to enter a career in a wide range of businesses, governmental and third sector organisations. Our one-year Business Management (innovation) top up course is for students who already hold a business foundation or HND qualification, and are based in either the UK or overseas.
