Our course offers you an opportunity to study with design-oriented creatives from a wide range of disciplines. It enables you to specialise in an area you are passionate about, be it product design, furniture, digital, textile or play. Taster sessions allow you to bounce your knowledge and ideas around with like-minded students, giving you the impetus to formulate your own creative design proposals based on your new insights and awareness of human needs, and then implement them in our vibrant studio atmosphere.

You will be equipped to pursue roles in education, graphic design agencies, furniture and product design companies, as well as being able to take advantage of freelance opportunities. We encourage and foster reflection, flexibility and independence, skills which are highly valued by employers. Our graduates have worked with Habitat, exhibit at the National Craft Centre and have studied Sustainability & Alternative Technology at postgraduate level in The Gambia.
