Explore the law from an international perspective with a focus on current justice issues in this course. Through your subjects, you'll gain practical experience in areas like advocacy, mediation and negotiation, have opportunities to work with judges and magistrates, and undertake placements in real legal workplaces. The La Trobe Law School moot court gives you the chance to apply skills like client interviewing, witness examination and negotiation. Our mooting team participates in international competitions, so you can demonstrate your knowledge while building connections with lawyers, judges and academics from around the world.
