Course Description

The LL.M. programme aims to develop learner’s academic capabilities to their fullest, to enhance their communication skills and capacities to develop their research skills. Graduating with the LL.M. degree will set graduates apart from those with a basic undergraduate degree for career progression purposes and, should graduates wish to pursue further academic studies, it will prepare them to potentially undertake Ph.D. studies.

Specialisation in International Commercial Law or International Human Rights Law in professional practice as a solicitor or barrister in Ireland.
