Course overview It is often said that the number one asset of a business is its people - a contention that is open to very little dispute. Human Resource Management (HRM) is all about managing this valuable resource, attracting and retaining people within an organisation and, most importantly, about managing and motivating them to contribute effectively to the aims and objectives of the organisation. This specialisation teaches you all aspects of HRM and provides you with the skills and knowledge to pursue a specialist career in this discipline, which is vital to the overall success of a business. Students may apply to undertake the Bachelor of Business (Honours) program, specialised or non-specialised Master of Business Administration or Master of Accounting.
