Business Administration - Leadership & Management is a three-year Ontario College Advanced Diploma program (laptop required). The curriculum builds on the hands-on skills obtained in the two-year Business diploma by focusing on the critical skills and knowledge that are the key to advancement for any business professional. Students explore subject matter including strategic planning, leadership principles and practices, performance management, social responsibility, organizational change, global business, and creativity and innovation in business, leading to sound decision-making and giving graduates the skills that are in demand in today’s economy. Students can earn all the education credits required for the Certified in Management (CIM) designation from the Canadian Institute of Management. Opportunities for experiential learning are integral to the program, allowing students to explore management in practice and apply their problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Graduates of this program are well-positioned to leverage their knowledge and skills to move into management positions in a wide variety of organizations.

Graduates of Business Administration - Leadership and Management are prepared to enter the business world on a management career path in large and small businesses, industry, the not-for-profit sector and government. Graduates are suited to a variety of intermediate-level positions, including management trainee, store manager, office manager, general manager, branch manager, operations manager, sales manager, production manager and plant manager. Graduates may also choose to launch and manage their own small business.
