As a Human Performance pathway student, you will develop detailed knowledge and understanding of the scientific principles underpinning sport, health, and exercise sciences from a human performance perspective. The critical focus is on the areas of biomechanics, physiology, and psychology although the opportunity to pursue other complementary disciplines exists. You will learn how to monitor, evaluate and enhance sport and exercise performance in laboratory and field settings and how to design, and conduct experiments.
