The aim of this programme is to prepare students with the knowledge and practical skills for employment and apprenticeships in the electrical trade. By providing additional skills, a student who successfully completes all components of this programme is a much more attractive employment prospect to an employer. Upon successful completion of the programme, graduates gain the National Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Level 2), and as well as a higher level of practical wiring skills (level 3 units to the value of 45 credits).diately useful in employment.
