Career outcomes

Graduates of this Programme will have gained an advanced theoretically, evidence-based and practice-informed holistic facilitative professional health sector manager education. They will be capable of consulting, analysing, evaluating public and community health needs and employing creative approaches and management approaches to needs identified. They will also be capable of managing Programmes, projects and organisations that address health needs in a professional and effective manner. Graduates will be able to analyse and create tender responses, work briefs, proposals, business and operational plans, quality management systems and manage staff, resources, Programmes, projects and organisations. Higher and associative critical, creative, analytical, evaluative and reflective thinking capabilities and associated applied practice and implementation capabilities will be developed. Graduates will have a range of advanced facilitative management competencies and be capable of professional responses to predictable and unfamiliar challenges and problems. Management practices will be safe, confidential, risk aware and ethical while technical advanced and accurate.
