The major in mathematics consists of at least eleven courses and a senior capstone experience. In addition to the entire calculus sequence, each major must take at least two of the four theory courses listed below. (Students intending to pursue graduate work should take all four theory courses.)

Careers in teaching, and others are working in the private or governmental sectors as financial analysts, actuaries, software engineers, or programmers.
