The Department of Anatomy & Cell Biology provides education in the main sub-disciplines of the anatomical sciences (cell biology, developmental biology, human anatomy, histology, neurobiology and biomedical imaging) and includes prerequisite courses for professional schools and graduate studies in many areas of the health and life sciences. Graduates have wide-ranging career opportunities, particularly in the fields of biomedical research, health sciences, and biotechnology.
