Course Description

Architectural engineers are leaders in the analysis, design, construction, and operation of engineered systems for buildings. These building systems include electrical, communications and control, lighting, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, fire protection, plumbing, acoustic, and structural systems. Consulting engineering firms, construction companies, architectural firms, government agencies, and universities employ architectural engineers.

Students who qualify for graduation in the architectural engineering program will have demonstrated the following: a. An ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering b.
