This qualification provides you with the skills and knowledge you need to develop, design, commission and maintain the electrical components/subassemblies of electrical equipment and systems. You will also learn how to diagnose faults or malfunctions as well as develop planning skills and, when required, initiate an alternative approach to a particular task or manage task requirements. This qualification has replaced the Electrical Systems, Electrical Drafting, Industrial Electronics and Control Engineering qualification.
