The Educational Leadership master’s program requires 30 graduate credits. Most students complete the program in 2-3 years of full time study, although part time study is also an option. Students with closely with their advisor to design their full program of study. Students take courses across a variety of student learning, adult development, professional development, organization, law, and assessment topics. Coursework areas may include: Leadership for Organizational and Institutional Development Techniques of Educational Evaluation Issues and Practices in District Leadership Current Research on Teaching Leadership for Diverse Learners and Communities Planned Innovation and Change
