21 Credits - 7 Courses This online education certificate offers seven introductory courses in basic accounting for entry-level employees and job seekers. Upon completing this certificate, students will understand the role of the banking industry as a financial intermediary, relate functions of bank departments and employees to overall operations, and develop an understanding for how the financial services industry developed. Students should also have an understanding of basic accounting terminology and application. Classes include: 1. Financial Literacy 2. Principles of Banking or Principles of Financial Services 3.
