Course Description

The MA Education (Leadership and Management) course offers modules of study designed to complement the range of professional qualifications offered to those who hold or aspire to positions in the senior and middle management of educational institutions. Consistent with the agenda for school improvement and organisational effectiveness the focus is on leadership and management of schools and related organisations. A range of models and frameworks are studied which provide you with the tools for leading and managing schools and organisations in the twenty first century. The programme is intended for senior and middle managers in the education system, or for those aspiring to management positions.
