The LL.M. curriculum must be completed in person (in residence). This is a two-semester program for full-time day/evening LL.M. students, and a four-semester program for part-time day/evening LL.M students. The primary academic semesters are in the fall, from early-August to mid-December, and in the spring, from early-January to mid-May. Neither summer term nor online courses may count toward the Bar Track requirements. LL.M. students must begin their studies in the fall semester with a mandatory orientation in early-August. Students preparing to sit for the Georgia bar examination will generally complete their degree in the spring semester and take the Georgia Bar examination in July.
