The Master in Fashion Design program combines fashion studies with intensive studio practice. You will refine your own creative vision as you meet the challenge of designing new clothing and accessories for existing fashion brands. Your projects will combine conceptualization with textile manipulation, garment prototyping, branding, and image-based storytelling. You will develop a sophisticated understanding of the fashion industry and prepare for an exciting career within it. The Master in Fashion Design program is workshop-based, supported by seminars, lectures, tutorials, and fieldwork. Industry professionals, the program leader, and project leaders will guide you via individual coaching and mentorship. The program consists of four customizable course/workshop modules, followed by a professional experience period and a final portfolio presentation.

Graduates of the Master in Fashion Design program may launch their career as a fashion designer, art director, textile designer, product manager, trend researcher, cool hunter, or fashion editor. They could also take on a role in marketing/communication or distribution. They may work for fashion brands, design agencies, or magazines, or they may choose to be self-employed.
