The BSc (Hons) Business with specialist pathway in Global Human Resource Management aims to provide a flexible comprehensive educational programme at undergraduate level which progresses from basic disciplines through functional areas to specialist pathways. The objective is to provide students with the opportunity to analyse and evaluate business organisations and to understand the way in which they operate. In addition students are required to identify and analyse business problems and evaluate alternative solutions. This work is set against a background of the environment in which businesses operate.
