This programme aims to enable students to study organisations, their management and the changing external environment in which they operate. Identify and analyse business problems, and evaluate alternative solutions. Course participants study, analyse and critique complex theoretical debates, and apply to both theoretical underpinning and case studies. On completion of the programme students will be able to deal with business issues both systematically and creatively, make sound judgements in the absence of complete data, and communicate their conclusions clearly to specialist and non-specialist audiences.
