Course Description

Upon successful completion of the program, you'll be qualified to seek employment in the rapidly growing human services and allied health care fields. (According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics 2010-11 Occupational Outlook Handbook, "health care and social assistance" is projected to create the largest number of new jobs from 2008-2018. About 26 percent of all new jobs created in the U.S. economy will be in the healthcare and social assistance industry, which includes public and private hospitals, nursing and residential care facilities, and individual and family services.)
