If you have met a counselor, on-line, on phone or in person, please give your feedback here. This is extremely important for many reasons including:
a. if your experience was uniformly good and the concerned counselor gets consistent good reviews it helps their promotion and progress.
b. If your experience was poor and you give reasons, this help us assess training needs so the concerned counselor is trained-up and students who follow you have better experience; and if counselor gets consistent poor reviews inspite of this training they are let go so students best interests do not suffer and high quality is ensured.
c. If your experience is mixed and you give some details, it is a pure training need and evaluation so the concerned counselor can be helped get better at their job and you and others are ensured the great service that you deserve.
