The new Lancaster University International Study Centre building was opened in November 2011 to cope with increasing demand and is already thriving, with a diverse cohort of students from around the world, recruited through Study Group’s global marketing and recruitment teams. Housed in the George Fox building in the heart of the university campus, the International Study Centre provides the latest in teaching and technology resources.Specific academic studies, English language, study preparation and pastoral support give students the knowledge base and study skills needed to successfully access their chosen degree or postgraduate courses. The ISC offers a choice of International Foundation Year programmes, each carefully created with the university academic team to provide a seamless transition into year one of a broad selection of mainstream courses. Working in partnership with Lancaster University, a university in the top 1% globally, Study Group has created an International Study Centre for international students, enabling the university to expand and diversify its international student body.
