Course Description

Governance is a key area for lawyers in large and small firms, as well as for many public companies, government departments, large charities and the non-government entities (NGO). Internationally there is a strong need for Theoretical and practical knowledge and understanding of legal governance. Lawyers operate in an international environment and corporations, NGO's and government bodies now transcend borders and governance is a key aspect of knowledge. The LLM (International Governance) has been designed with this in mind. It has four core units and a range of specialist electives in international governance.
