Partnered with the prestigious London Consortium, the Sydney Consortium is a unique collaboration between the Writing and Society Research Group at Western Sydney University, and important Sydney cultural institutions (the Australian Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art, State Library of NSW and the Sydney Writers' Festival). We offer a challenging, rigorous coursework degree combining criticism and creativity leading to a Master of Arts in Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Western Sydney. The Master of Arts mixes units related to events staged with our partners with the opportunity to work with some of Australia's leading writers, editors and critics in developing creative or critical work.
