Community development Community development workers work closely with a community, addressing issues and creating solutions that will benefit the public. They resolve conflict, communicate effectively with community members and collaborate with government and non-government bodies. Foreign affairs Diplomats and foreign ministers serve as representatives of their governments and work to protect the interests of their country. Diplomats take part in persuasive and fair conversation,critically analyse and advise on policies, engage in culture and travel extensively.
