MSc in Banking programmes MSc Banking and Finance MSc Banking and Managerial Economics MSc Banking and Risk These courses are designed for students with two types of ambition: those seeking a career as practitioners in both domestic and international banks, at central banks, or in consultancy; as well as those who intend to pursue an academic or research career in the field. Our banking courses will enable you to develop skills in the analysis of financial institutions and instruments, markets, consumer demands and competition, and provide you with a conceptual and theoretical grounding in current concepts and techniques in banking, policy, economics and risk management, and associated areas. This courses will also provide you with an introduction to a range of empirical techniques enabling you to analyse industrial dynamics, the impact of innovation on performance, and the impact of regulation and policy interventions on banking and finance in corporations. The modules you will take consider international aspects of banking and finance and you will be able to analyse your chosen country for the summer dissertation. The course is fully accredited The Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) which means you will graduate with a dual award: an MSc Banking and Managerial Economics and the Chartered Banker Diploma, which is the gold standard for professional bankers and is the highest award available in the banking world.
