Course Description

The MBA (Finance) focuses on developing your career in the financial sphere, especially in the financial operation of multinational corporations in an environment of open and integrated financial markets. You will cover the differences between foreign and domestic investment, financing international projects, sourcing of subsidiary finance and management of country risk. This is harmonised with the study of international finance risk appraisal and management techniques such as hedging and option pricing. You will experience a challenging and stimulating intensive course in management, with a financial perspective, to enhance your personal and career development. To facilitate this you will use, share and reflect upon your experiences alongside other students in your Learning Team. You will be allocated to your multicultural 'Learning Team' during induction. A few Learning Teams are combined to form Tutorial groups, with each having their own personal tutor.
