Graduates can conceive, execute and promote an animation production to industry standard. They have a broad based theoretical and practical knowledge of copyright, censorship, purpose contracts and the preparation of basic budgets. Graduates have the ability to professionally edit material and demonstrate core technical skills in the design and creation of 2D and 3D digital images. Graduates can also develop 2D animated narratives, research and identify the technical and narrative needs of animation within the 3D environment, critically analyse and evaluate tools and techniques, design processes and production to create a short film. Graduates are able to undertake a range of film and television employment opportunities or continue with further study.
