Course Description

This double degree program delivers core and elective mechanical engineering and biotechnology courses and prepares you to meet technical and professional challenges in industry. You'll develop design, creativity and intellectual discipline skills and be ready to practise as a high-level engineer in the new field of biotechnology. You’ll also be ready to work in the new field of biotechnology, equipped with skills in genetic engineering, industrial microbiology, molecular agriculture, bioinformatics, and regulatory, ethical and legal issues in biotechnology.
