Graduates of the Bachelor of Business have a high level of employability due to the practical skills learned during the course, such as analytical skills, high-level problem solving, communication and teamwork. The Bachelor of Business accounting stream provides students with the strong foundation skills and knowledge required to successfully enter the workforce as an accountant. Upon graduation, students are equipped with a specialist understanding of accounting and its associated business fields. The Bachelor of Business HR stream provides students with skills in basic human resource functions and management. The course includes foundation business subjects in conjunction with specialised human resource units that cover employment and industrial law, workplace relations, contemporary management, strategic and international management. The Bachelor of Business Hospitality & Tourism Management stream will equip students with the core business skills and academic theory required to take advantage of the many and varied career opportunities within the global tourism industry.
