Our Structural Engineering programme shares common courses with Civil Engineering during the first three years. The programme then focuses on more specialised areas of design such as the use of composite materials in structural design and finite element analysis.

Graduates from our Civil and Structural Engineering programmes secure a variety of jobs in organisations ranging from engineering consultancies such as AECOM, Atkins and Jacobs to government agencies including the Office of Public Works and Transport Scotland.
