During your first year of undergraduate study in this program, you are both matched with a college adviser and counseled by the Caspersen School. Begin taking teacher preparation courses while pursuing your Bachelor of Arts. Then, earn a Master of Arts in Teaching degree and a provisional dual teaching certifications in elementary or secondary education and Teacher of Students with Disabilities. Or, prepare to teach at the secondary level in biology, chemistry, English, French, Italian, math, physics, Spanish, social studies or theater arts. When to Apply: Sophomore year at Drew | Time at Drew: Four years | Time at Caspersen: One year.
