About the course The course draws upon the extensive portfolio of subjects offered by the Faculty of Business, as well as subject offerings of other CSU Faculties. There are no specialisations in this program, however, you may choose to cluster subject choices around particular areas of interest or opt for a variety of study areas to better inform you about potential career choices. You are also encouraged to consider undertaking subjects that develop work ready skills. Subjects offered within the Faculty of Business provide and optimum blend of theory and practice and aim to provide you with both soft skills such as communication, problem solving and ethical understanding to enable you to work with people, as well as the hard skills associated with particular areas of study, including accounting, computing, economics, finance, law, management, marketing, mathematics, operations and project management. Workplace learning subjects will offer strategic and international perspectives that will prepare you for employment in regional, national and international organisations. International students may study the Bachelor of Business Studies through CSU regional campuses or the CSU Study Centres in Sydney or Melbourne. An intake in Session 3 is available for CSU Study Centres and distance education students. The Port Macquarie Campus offering is available to domestic students only. As with all our courses, the Bachelor of Business Studies is designed and delivered with study flexibility in mind. You can choose between full-time and part-time study options to fit in with work and lifestyle commitments. You could choose to study just one subject in an academic session or, with approval, fast-track degree completion by undertaking four subjects per session if part-time.
