There are often very good reasons why able students may not have the appropriate A-levels/AS-levels to directly enter the first year of a science degree programme. The knowledge and skills that you will develop on the Biomedical Science BSc will make you employable in a broad range of careers such as research, sales, publishing and teaching. Alternatively, you may wish to further your studies with a higher degree. The course provides a good foundation for all, who might want to go on to study Medicine or any of the Healthcare Disciplines.
