Gain the entry-level skills and practical field experience to identify, measure, and record environmental variables within the air, water, soil and living organisms. This program prepares you to perform appropriate sampling, use state-of-the-art equipment, and assist in the remediation and long-term monitoring of contaminated eco-system components. Throughout the program, you will also build your knowledge of pertinent environmental regulations and policies.

The Environmental Field Techniques program graduates can enter a variety of industrial, governmental, municipal and private consulting positions as environmental monitoring technicians, natural resource technicians, environmental consultants, environmental laboratory technicians, and field research assistants.
