These five key technologies were: Biotechnology; Nanotechnology; Cognitive Science; Robotics; and Artificial Intelligence. The last three of these technologies are in the Artificial Intelligence area that is addressed by this programme. Students completing this Computer Science with Artificfial Intelligence course will have an understanding of the fundamentals underpinning computing and its applications with a specialisation in the area of Artificial Intelligence. You will be able to apply the related principles into the implementation of properly engineered software, and understand the drivers for future trends.
