Plymouth University is home to Europe's largest marine institute. With its superb coastal location, a fantastic range of courses on offer and the only university-based diving and marine centre in the UK, Plymouth University is at the pinnacle of academia and research in this area. Academic staff have relevant industrial and academic backgrounds including sea-going and shore-based experience. Two possible start dates (January and September). Students have their own alumni association, PYNDA, the Plymouth Nautical Degree Association. This pathway is specifically designed to allow international students to reach their full potential in pursuit of a Plymouth University Marine and Ocean degree. The pathway comprises of modules developed to ensure successful transition from international education systems to the academic structures of one of the UK's leading modern universities.
