The program requirements for the HBSc Biology major with concentration in Neuroscience program is maintained with the addition of required and elective neuroscience courses listed below (See Concentration in Neuroscience). In order to remain in the program, students must maintain at least an overall 60% average both in the Major and in the Concentration.

Choose a career in research and management with the federal or provincial government dealing with natural resources, water quality, or agriculture; with private industry in environmental consulting, biotechnology, or medical research; or as an educator. Exciting professional opportunities exist with further study in medicine, dentistry and pharmacy, or as a career scientist for students who pursue graduate studies.
